Every shoe is lawfully bought at full retail, we then put our own custom artwork on shoe and sell.

All items are hand-painted with leather paints, and coated matte acrylic finisher.
Please note this makes all custom sneakers water resistant,

Processing time for all custom orders takes between 5 working days. If you need a RUSH ORDER please don’t hesitate to search on the website *RUSH MY ORDER* listing for you to skip the order waiting time.

Shipping options: Usually if you choose normal standard delivery 7-9 days, or
5 days if you choose DHL, UPS, DPD EXPEDITED SERVICES.

Please keep in mind that all orders are hand-painted and specific for each customer, so refunds are only accepted 48 hours after purchasing. (make sure you order your correct size).

Care:
Like all shoes, they should be taken care of. You can wear them on a daily basis but picking, scratching or scuffing the paint will damage it.
The painting is waterproof and should not come off unless picked at. If the shoes get dirty, just wipe it with a clean damp cloth.
