DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIME:

Our delivery period for all UK orders is currently 5-7 working days.


During our promotions, sales or public holidays, please allow up to 5-9 working days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIME:

KENDYKICKS delivers to 250 different regions worldwide, including North America and Europe.

Delivery time for all international orders is currently 7-10 working days if you choose Royalmail, Usps or Parcelforce couriers as a shipping method.

We strongly recommend using the alternative tracked and signed method available to reduce the risk of loss during the delivery process. We will not accept liability for any failed deliveries or missing parcels for orders made with the standard delivery method.

Our Delivery Policy

Once an order is placed, our team works very hard to process the order within 5 working days before it’s ready for dispatch. You will receive an email to notify you once your order has been sent out as well as estimated delivery times so that you know when to expect it’s arrival. We also endeavour to keep you updated as best we can if there are any delays during our busier periods.

When placing orders for specific events or for bulk orders, we advise customers to place their orders a week in advance of the date that they are required. This is to account for any delays that may be incurred during the processing period.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping information, KENDYKICKS will not accept liability for missing or lost parcels; in light of this, we ask that you ensure that the details you enter when placing your order are accurate before you confirm it. If you notice any mistakes once an order has been placed, notify us via email as soon as possible.

If your order exceeds the allocated delivery time or you have specific concerns about the order please contact  customer service on [email protected] immediately; quoting your order number as the email subject.
