Every shoe is lawfully bought at full retail, we then put our own custom artwork on shoe and sell.

These shoes are hand-painted with leather paints, and coated matte acrylic finisher.
Please note this makes the custom sneakers water resistant.

STEP#1
Inspections
We take customization very seriously,there will be 3 inspections throughout the custom production process of the shoes. If there are any flaws.

STEP #2
Supervisor Overview
At the end of completion a member of management will do one more final inspection before the shoes are put back in their box & then packed into a shipping bag.

Processing time for all custom orders is 5 working days. If you need a RUSH ORDER please don’t hesitate to search on the website *RUSH MY ORDER* listing for you to skip the order waiting time.

Shipping options: Usually if you choose normal standard delivery 7-9 days, or
5 days if you choose DHL, UPS, DPD EXPEDITED SERVICES.

Please keep in mind that all orders are hand-crafted and specific for each customer, so refunds are only accepted 48 hours after purchasing. (make sure you order your correct size).

Care:
Like all shoes, they should be taken care of. You can wear them on a daily basis but picking, scratching or scuffing the paint will damage it.
The painting is waterproof and should not come off unless picked at. If the shoes get dirty, just wipe it with a clean damp cloth.
